President & Founder
Jennifer is the proud mother of the inspiration to this organization. She has lived in Central Florida for over 18 years and has been a Speech-Language Pathologist at AdventHealth for the duration of that time.
Lindsay Adams
Director of Marketing and Social Media
Lindsay has a professional background in Assistive Technology with a passion for serving the pediatric population. She is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through compassionate support and community outreach.
Lorie Grooms
Vice President
Lorie is the owner of an event planning firm, Details First, based in the Washington DC area. The majority of her career has been focused on supporting
non-profit organizations.
Tiffany Cioppi
Director of Partnerships
Tiffany has worked in CPG Sales for over 10 years. Her daughter was born at 30 weeks and spent
7 weeks in the NICU at AdventHealth Orlando.
